How do I check the status of my order?

Once your order is processed, you will be notified via email. You can confirm your order status by emailing to customercare@naeemtrading.com or Whats App message to +92 0301 12686682.

 

Where do you ship?

We currently ship only within Pakistan. The delivery might be limited in remote areas where access by our delivery team is not possible. We will inform you in advance if there is such a case regarding your order.

 

How long does it take to ship my order?

Our normal delivery time is 2 to 4 days. However, the order might be delayed due to any one of the following reasons:

 

  • Unforeseen circumstances like accidents, theft, bad weather etc. that might make it difficult to deliver the product in time.
  • Holidays like Eid etc.
  • We do not deliver on Sundays. So, Sundays are not calculated in the delivery time.

 

What if I am not home to receive my order?

Although we try our level best to inform you ahead of the time of delivery if you miss it, we will return the order to the nearest warehouse. The delivery team will call you before sending the package for the second time. If failed to receive again, the order will be returned. Please read our ‘Terms & Conditions for Sales’ for more details.

 

Do you have physical stores?

Yes, our showrooms are in Lahore, Islamabad, Faisalabad, Multan & Rahim Yar Khan. You can find more details on our store locations page.
